Shipping Policy
Sales tax is charged to all orders shipped within the state of California. The applicable tax rate is 8.75%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped outside of California.
Noah Ka Oi Shipping Policy (for Accessories)
- Domestic shipment will be shipped by US Priority Mail. Shipping fees are calculated automatically by the total amount (before tax). See the chat below.
- International shipments will be shipped by US Global Priority Mail. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the total amount (before tax). See the chart below.

Noah Ka Oi Shipping Policy (for Surfboards)
We can ship domestically and international. All surfboard sales are final. In the unlikely event a surfboard(s) is damaged in transit, claims must be filed with the shipping company upon arrival of shipment. Please inspect surfboard shipments upon arrival.
- Domestic (except Hawaii)
We use MapCargo for domestic orders and ship from our Carlsbad address. Most U.S. addresses can be shipped to for $200-$250 per box (which can fit up to four longboards w/o fins). - Domestic (Hawaii)
We use Aloha Freight for Hawaii orders and ship from our Carlsbad address. Most Hawaii addresses can be shipped to for $200-$250 per box (which can fit up to four longboards w/o fins), and we can arrange an airport pick-up. - International
We use MapCargo for international orders and ship from our Carlsbad address. We recommend you to pick up your board(s) at an international airport as a cheaper option. Most international airports can be shipped to for $200-$300 per box (which can fit up to four longboards w/o fins), depending on fuel surcharge and duties. Door-to-door shipment can be arranged, but please remember that you will be charged for extra delivery fees (you are responsible for any extra fees).
Unless you would like to pick up your surfboard(s) locally, packing fees ($40/board) will be charged. Please email us for specific shipping quotes.
